- "Account" — the registered user profile created by a Player on the 22app platform, which holds the Player's personal information, balance, transaction history, and betting records.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 22app. By taking any of the following actions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein:
- Visiting or browsing any page of the 22app platform;
- Clicking "Register" or completing the account registration process;
- Making a deposit or initiating a withdrawal;
- Placing any wager on a casino game, sports market, or live dealer table;
- Claiming or activating any bonus, promotional offer, or loyalty reward;
- Contacting 22app customer support in relation to your account or platform usage.
If you are acting on behalf of another individual or entity and registering an account for their use, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual or entity to these Terms. 22app does not accept registrations made on behalf of third parties for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.
These Terms apply in conjunction with 22app's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any separate policy document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant policy.
Governing Language
These Terms are published in English. In the event that any translation is made available for reference purposes, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text for all purposes of interpretation and enforcement.
Section 3
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the 22app platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 22app operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players found to be under the age of 18 at any point will have their account permanently closed, all wagers voided, and any remaining balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory practice.
- Jurisdiction: You must access the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law as it applies to you as an individual user. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Individuals who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts (including by reason of mental incapacity) are not eligible to register.
- Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion order at 22app or at any other gambling platform where cross-platform exclusion applies. Registering while under a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms.
- Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 22app. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different identity details or payment methods, is prohibited.
22app reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 22app's verification team will result in suspension of withdrawal access and, where verification cannot be completed, permanent account closure.
Underage Gambling — Zero Tolerance
22app operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all transactions will be voided, and any funds held in the account will not be returned. 22app may report confirmed cases of underage registration to relevant authorities.
Section 4
Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of features on the 22app platform — including deposits, betting, live casino, and promotions — you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a chosen username and password.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 22app will never contact you by phone, email, or any other channel to request your password. Any disclosure of your password to a third party — voluntarily or as a result of your failure to secure your account — is entirely at your own risk. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as having been performed by you, regardless of whether you authorised it.
You must notify 22app customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. 22app will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. 22app will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where reasonable account security practices were not followed by the Player.
The following account security practices are strongly recommended and, in some cases, required by 22app:
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account security settings panel immediately after registration;
- Use a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service;
- Do not access your 22app account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or Wi-Fi networks;
- Log out fully after each session, particularly on mobile devices used by multiple people;
- Review your login history regularly via the account security dashboard and report any unrecognised sessions to support.
22app reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage. Players who have not completed KYC verification are subject to withdrawal limits and may be required to complete full verification before any withdrawal request is processed.
Section 5
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 22app platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals made by registered Players.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. 22app does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed via bKash and Nagad as the primary methods. Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM BST on a business day are typically processed same-day. Requests submitted after this cut-off are processed on the following business day. 22app reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.
Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
- Your account must have passed the applicable KYC verification level for the withdrawal amount requested;
- The withdrawal amount must not include uncleared bonus funds or funds subject to an active wagering requirement;
- The payment method used for withdrawal must match or be verifiably associated with the same account holder as the deposit method used to fund the account;
- No active fraud investigation, account review, or responsible gaming restriction is in place on the account.
Currency and Exchange: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. 22app does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any conversion fees incurred by international payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.
Payment Security
All payment transactions on 22app are processed through encrypted, direct API connections to payment providers. 22app does not store card numbers or mobile banking PINs on its servers. If you are ever asked to provide your bKash or Nagad PIN to a person claiming to represent 22app, do not comply — report the contact to support immediately as it is fraudulent.
Section 6
Bonuses & Promotions
22app offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload offers, BPL and IPL season specials, Eid and Pohela Boishakh promotions, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's individual terms page.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated for each promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account without replacement.
- Withdrawal order: When a withdrawal request is submitted while bonus funds remain in the account and a wagering requirement is active, 22app's default policy is to forfeit the remaining bonus balance and process the withdrawal of the real-money balance only, unless the Player requests otherwise through customer support before the withdrawal is processed.
- Abuse prevention: 22app monitors bonus usage patterns. Players found to be engaging in low-risk or systematic betting strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring") will have bonus funds forfeited and may be restricted from future promotional offers.
- One bonus per promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only. Multiple accounts created to claim a bonus multiple times will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
22app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the modification does not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already claimed and actively being wagered by a Player in good faith.
Section 7
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules govern all betting and gaming activity conducted on the 22app platform across sports, cricket, live casino, slots, and all other available products.
Sports & Cricket Betting: All bets are accepted subject to the published odds at the time the bet is placed and confirmed by the platform. 22app reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error (including due to technical malfunction or data feed errors). In-play bets confirmed and settled by the system before any manifest error is identified are binding at the settled amount. 22app follows standard industry rules for event cancellations, postponements, and walkovers; specific settlement rules for each market type are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform help centre.
Casino & Slots: All casino games on 22app are operated using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software provided by internationally recognised studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent the long-term theoretical return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Disconnections during a game round that result in an ambiguous outcome will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game provider's technical rules, which take precedence in such cases.
Maximum Wins: 22app may apply maximum single-bet win limits on specific markets or game types. Where a maximum win limit applies, it will be displayed in the relevant game or market interface. Winnings exceeding the published maximum may be capped at the limit and any excess voided.
Void and Cancelled Bets: Stakes on voided or cancelled bets are returned to the Player's real-money balance. Void bets do not count toward the completion of any active wagering requirement unless specifically stated in the applicable promotion terms.
Section 8
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 22app platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the platform. 22app reserves the right to report serious cases to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Multi-accounting: Registering or using more than one account, whether under the same name or different identities, for any purpose including but not limited to claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or disguising betting patterns.
- Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC verification, including the use of another person's identity documents.
- Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, including but not limited to low-variance betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, and coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting.
- Match-fixing and corruption: Placing bets on any event that you have reason to believe is subject to result manipulation or insider information not available to the public. 22app cooperates with sports integrity bodies and will report suspicious betting patterns.
- Automated betting tools: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated or semi-automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not consistent with genuine manual play.
- Payment fraud: Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments (including bKash or Nagad accounts that do not belong to the registered Player) to fund an account or process a withdrawal.
- Money laundering: Use of the 22app platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds for purposes of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money. 22app applies anti-money-laundering (AML) screening to all transactions and accounts.
- Chargebacks and deposit reversals: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with a payment provider after funds have been used on the platform. Any account subject to a chargeback investigation will be suspended pending resolution, and outstanding chargeback amounts will be treated as a debt recoverable by 22app.
Section 9
Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure: A Player may request permanent closure of their 22app account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, 22app will confirm the Player's identity, settle any pending bets, and process the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance net of outstanding debts or obligations. Bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.
Closure by 22app: 22app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
- Discovery that the Player is under the age of 18;
- Discovery that the account was registered in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling is prohibited;
- Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative review;
- Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
Dormant Account Fees: Following a 12-month period of inactivity, a dormant account maintenance fee of ৳50 per month may be applied to the real-money balance. Players will receive advance email notification before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormancy fees will not reduce the account balance below zero.
Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, all active sessions are terminated, all pending bonus offers are cancelled, and the Player's access to the platform is revoked. Data retention following account closure is governed by 22app's Privacy Policy.
Section 10
Responsible Gaming
22app is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of the platform. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. The following tools and policies are in place to support Players who wish to manage their gambling behaviour.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the account settings panel. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to an existing limit are subject to a 7-day review period before taking effect.
- Session Time-Outs: Players may activate a temporary account pause of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, login to betting and gaming areas is disabled. Time-outs cannot be cancelled before they expire.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable during the chosen period. Players under self-exclusion must not attempt to register a new account.
- Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen session duration reminders via the account settings panel.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22app, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or data feed inaccuracies, except where such loss is directly caused by 22app's gross negligence;
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the Player failed to maintain reasonable account security;
- Interruption of service during high-traffic events, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure circumstances including power outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government action;
- Decisions made by game providers regarding RNG outcomes, live dealer procedures, or game rule interpretations within their own certified and licensed operating frameworks;
- Any reliance placed on information published on the platform that is subject to change, including odds, game RTPs, payment processing times, and promotional terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits 22app's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
The 22app platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While 22app makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and data accuracy, no warranty of uninterrupted, error-free service is given. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where operationally feasible.

Amendments to These Terms
22app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at https://22app.ws/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
For material changes — those that substantially affect Players' rights, obligations, or available platform features — 22app will provide advance notice to registered Players via the email address on record or via a prominent on-site notification. For minor amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to reflect changes in payment provider names), no advance notice is required.
Continued use of the 22app platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, your remedy is to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the change.
The version of these Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises shall govern that dispute, except where a more recent version has been accepted by both parties.
